Rainy days and Sat’days

Our market  usually has a hundred stalls or so. The weather is a variable you can do nothing about except take a punt on how much to pick and hope someone is keen enough to come out. Mostly we do OK on a rainy day and the weather is rarely bad. The customers will hang out at the cafe across the road and wait for a break and then run over and grab what they can before the next cloudburst.
